What the difference shows about a person.
Consent is an invitation. Entitlement is an assumption. How someone handles a no tells you almost everything about them. Respect doesn't need to be demanded — it shows up in how a person listens, how they wait, and how they treat you when they don't get what they wanted. Nobody is owed access to another person. Not their body, not their time, not their story. Consent over pressure. Always.

Love cannot be caught. It can only be given away.
I used to think love was something you went out and caught. Like a butterfly. If you were fast enough, careful enough, beautiful enough… maybe it would land in your hands and stay. But love—real love—doesn’t work like that. When you try to catch a butterfly, you risk damaging its wings. You can trap it, but you’ll never see it fly. Love is the same. Try to hold it too tightly, try to make it stay, and you’ll crush the very thing that made it beautiful in the first place. It took me years to understand this. Decades, even. Ten years of deep digging—pulling my life up by the roots, stripping away every illusion—before I finally faced the truth: I had never been unconditionally loved. And I realized I wasn’t alone. Most of us haven’t. We’ve been taught that love is something we earn, something given to us only when we behave, achieve, please, or sacrifice. We’ve been told to search for it in other people, to grasp it before it slips away. But that kind of love is just an imitation—a bargain dressed as a promise. Unconditional love is different. It can’t be caught. It can only be given away. This is my story—the years I spent chasing butterflies, and the moment I realized the only way to have one land on you is to become a safe place for it to rest. I am no longer chasing. I am becoming. 🦋

One photograph. One ordinary day.
Today, I stopped waiting for the whole garden to be finished. I gave the first story somewhere to live. This page will change as life does: one photograph, one moment, one day at a time.
Writing ·
I do not believe I have to go find everyone. Some people are already out there. They remember me. They know my energy. They know how I made them feel. They know the difference between something empty and something real. For years, I have built a reputation through private, personal work—not by pretending to be perfect, but by being present, careful, warm, and real. People genuinely liked me because they could feel that I cared. What I have needed is not a new identity. I have needed a home. A place where my expressions can be found. A place where the people who already understand can reconnect. A place where the right new people can arrive gently and recognize the tone of it. SENSTORY is that home.
Thought / question ·
A quiet place to answer the questions men are rarely asked—and may never have been given permission to answer honestly.
What do you secretly wish people understood about you, but you’ve never told anyone?
Voice ·
Soon, some stories will be told in my own voice—reflections, memories, questions, and the thoughts that sound different when they are spoken aloud.

A unicorn philosopher and a rooster who is entirely too sure of himself walk into the Garden.

“You can’t make it land.” “Have you tried looking irresistible?” “That is not the same as being safe.” For once, the rooster had no comeback.
